There are 3 parts to this assessment that ive been given.

1. you must select from a list, a National Health Pririty Area.

I have Chosen Cardio-vascular Disease

2. You must select one priority population group from this National Health Priority Area.

I Have Selected Socio-Economically Disadvantaged

3. The question i need to answer is " Analyse how sociocultural, physical, and economic factors affect the health status of your selected prioirty population group"


If anyone can tell me what these Sociocultural, Physical or Economic factors may be then can you please help me cause i really need some help with this.
