Okay, I have not done that great the last semester, I did struggle as I pretty much sat on my arse when i should have been studying... but i need an ATAR of between 65-70 to get into a psych course. I do, english, busman, bio, revs, and further. Futher I really suck at, so it will be my 5th subject. Also, if i didnt do too great in a couple SACs, and i kill the SACs this semester and then do well in the exams is my goal achievable?

Yes, a 65-70 is not a ridiculously high ATAR.
Doing well in remaining SACS and exams make it perfectly achievable.
