Hey i need help with writing a defence case for a modern history assignment. Our task is to pretend that Usama Bin Laden has been captured and we have to write up a case in his defence, and as im doing prelim legal studies, we haven't learnt anything about this, and yeah i thought u guys could help. if u could help it would be great.

totally agree with Jago. You could probably use Intoxication as a defence. That hubbly bubbly (spelling) shit cant be that good for you.

I'd say... good luck on defending him... I'd use religious beliefs as a defence. I'd also look up constitutional rights and stuff like that.
