Need help with Employment Relations Assessment task!! (1 Viewer)

Hey guys... we have an employment relations task, which is due on monday.. and we had to research on a dispute, and write a report on it, about its stakeholders, their roles, about the dispute resolution etc etc...

but there was 2 questions, which dont have to relate to the assessment task, like they are individual questions... and i dont get them.. coz we havent done global business yet... lyk we started the topic a few days before...

these are the questions.. can someone please help and tell me wat these mean:

Q1: Outline the global trends in employment relations.

ok now what do they mean by trends in employment relations? :S:S:S...

Q2: Effects of global trends on business role and structure.

im clueless...

ive done part 1 of the assignment, i.e. dispute part, but this is like not in relation to the dispute, this is general employment relations stuff... can someone plz help!!! will be really thankful!!

I think question 1 is... but question 2 is total Global Business question..

and we havent done global business in class yet.. we just started it... so therefore im confused on answering these questions...

someone plz help... so i get an idea of what exactly do i have to do... i only got tommorow...
