the main idea of the essay would be something along the lines of:

Labour markets are factor markets ( labour is one of the four factors of production, maybe name these four factors of production)

It is important that the interests of the businesses and employees are balanced. Businesses need relatively cheap and flexible labour so they can produce goods fairly productively and hence can compete on world markets.

Wack in some stuff about the minium wage and minimising inequality,

i dont know much else, i always found labour a shit topic, partly because its boring memorising policies and partly because it was the last topic we did in both yr11 and yr12.
