hey i need help with somthing to do with my computer

when im on websites like youtube or google videos the sound dosnt not play but the picture dosee


my music is fine i can lisen to it and watch my own videos its just on websites the video the sound dosnt work would any one no what to do ???

the newground stuff didnt work i have reinstalled flash still nothin ill try it again though
