I have an assignment where i need the following text types:
Newspaper Article
Poem or Song
Image/Cartoon

I was wondering if you guys can help suggest some if yous know of any
(It has to relate to a journey)

I used this, and my teacher complimented me on using it. I found it to be a very good poem (and I'm not into poems at all). Deals with consumerism/materialism.

Father and Son - Cat Stevens

I also used this. It's a song that deals with a son trying to gain independence from his father.
