Got an offer(UTS) from last offer round.

Will I get a official offer letter from UTS? or the one so called "offer letter" in UAC is the only notification ?

How about other universities? like USYD, UNSW?

Unless it's a co-op degree (in which you can specify that you want your offer letter via mail) you only get a UAC offer for UTS. Quite sure it's the same for UNSW and USYD as well.
