Does anyone have any notes or information on manual handling?

I need "information on correct manual handling rechniques when using hand tools, working at heights, bending and twisting, using mechanical aids and undertaking repetious tasks"

I can't seem to find anything.

Be great if anyone could help.

I dont know if the answeres your question but anyway, bend knees when lifting. My teacher was also saying that one had to put habe a harnes or a chain strapped to something if your working at heights, though he was using a construction job as an example.
