because i quit uni this year and am applying for uni again next year, will the universities have a record of my uai? and also can i still use the access scheme which effected my uai and i was able to use towards my entry this year? so yeah will i still be able to use access scheme towards my application in 2007?

i think the uac has a record of your uai for a period of 5 years, and the univeristy you're applying for will ask what uai you got.
i think you can still use the EAS to increase your uai points i think
correct me if i'm wrong

EAS doesn't increase your UAI, it lowers the UAI cut off for certain courses instead.

Yes to your first question and I would recommend checking up your EAS queries by contacting UAC) or referring to the EAS handbook.
