In my cupboard I have six tubs of Fish Oil that contain 200 caps each, now having said that you can see I definitely think it has health benefits.

For me, Fish Oil (Omega 3) has drastically improved my skin; I have much nicer skin these days. I use to suffer serious Migraines every six months like clock work however since I've been taking Fish Oil I've had no Migraines - This for me is awesome :cool:.

I take 9 - 10 Caps a day.

Fishoil is one the very few that can be taken in higher doses for better benefits. As stated on the label, take 2-3 per meal. I take 2~ each meal and I have 5 meals a day = 9.

No point in taking one a day, and yes I also, eat 2 cans of Tuna a day.

Well as long as you're using them as supplements rather than hoping that's all of your omega 3 intake.

I don't take supplements, I can't be bothered. But I do enjoy a good fish :)

I'd presume that omega-3 is good for you. I forget what health benefits they provide, especially for women, but whatever.

If any pills, I would normally take a Vitamin C tablet in the winter :)

6-9 capsules a day is NOT a high dose. Especially for low-qualilty brands most people buy.

High dosage is 20g-30g and it is typically recommended you drink them at that stage. Way to much capsules then.
