ee2 should be dropped as an hsc subject
its enforcement under BOS guidelines is pathetic

2 ppl in my yr got below 60% for eng adv and both got 48/50 for ee2...
EE2 is a total turnaround from Advanced. In Advanced we're expected to analyse, while in EE2 we're expected to compose. That is no reason for it to be dropped as a subject.

Why not drop other Major Work-based courses like cabinet work, dance, music, art, etc? My point being that if you think one course based on a composition or a major work, etc should be dropped, so should all the rest.

Quite a lot of people I know (myself included) were doing *really* badly in eng adv (even ee1) at some point or another, whilst still getting great marks in ee2. The content and direction of the modules are vastly different (as Justin has pointed out).
