Really haven't got much idea for these essays. I know the question relates to a theme, but I still don't understand certain questions such as how to adress a 'legal processes and institutions' question.

Just wondering whether you guys use similar info for all and just apply it to the question e.g. talk about the criteria for evauluating effectivness, or if you talk about completely different things for each theme?

So for example, would the general content of your 'moral and ethical standards' essay be similar to your 'legal processes and institutions' essay, with one talking about how the law changes to reflect morality and ethics of society and the other on whatever that theme is about?

While I'm at it, it would be great if someone could give a quick example of how to address a 'legal processes and instituions' essay.

Thanks for any help, sorry if I made no sense.

Yeah, all you do is basically write out the first half of the syllabus, and choose the relevant section from the second part of the syllabus.

IE for effectiveness just write out the whole individual/society/nation-state with reference to access and enforcabaility or watever, dpending on ur options.

legal processes and institutions refers to (According to the syllabus - know the thing, it helps):

how laws are made
who makes them, and the nature of those makers (courts, parliament, UN, customs watever)
adjudication of disputes AND enforcement
