Hi

I was wondering when putting speech marks during dialogue, do we have to insert opening speech marks if it goes into the next paragraph. For example:

"Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

"Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah."

Or if we just put the end speech marks and leave the ongoing paragraphs.
