what does the "t" mean in parametrics.. its suppose to be the parameter but what's that??

time is unchanging only in the sense of our definition of the passing of time - where the unit 'second' is defined as a constant interval of time, and where every second is of equal lengths.
this is, however, different from 'dimensional time' whose geometry is affected by many things...
