hi everyone im only new to this site so not realli sure how to use it but i have a PDHPE assingment that i realli nee dhelp with i a have no clue what to do. the task is:
1. Describe the relaitonship between anaerobic threshold and VO2 max.
2. recommend an 8 week program for a basketballer. utilise the following areas of trianing to improve performance: resistance training, interval and plyometric trianing and felxibility.
