i have an assessment for pdhpe due soon and i have to come up with a teaching aid on how to present "hydration" to my class........it has to b to do with before, during and after play..........got any ideas??????? please let me know!!

not sure if this is going to be much help but im sposed to be looking up info for my own assessment at the moment so...
if you have the PDHPE Outcomes 2 textbook handy, theres a whole thing in there on hydration in general and then theres guidelines on hydration prior to matches, during, and after and such.
i know thats not much help but perhaps if someone else is using the same textbook they could write that info out for you
