hey guys.

im just wondering if UWS do have a peer mentoring program for first year law students.
I just heard from the grapevine and whispers that UWS has one...esp for torts law but i just want to know if this is true or false?

It's more i suppose, tutoring than mentoring since its a bigger group sort of thing

Yes tehre are some.. from memory mainly torts and business law (which isn't a law unit per se, its the business course version of intro to law) regularly have them.

Usually they come visit the class and let you know about it, or the teacher gives you the details, plus tere's that kind of info on the notice board outside the school of law offices and sometimes on the course vUWS pages.

But don't forget that you can always just ask for help on forums or asking around uni or friends etc if there aren't official programs :)
