Yeah im also doing that experiement with an enzyme but mine is pepson because that is the only available enzyme at my school currently...does anyone know anything about it? i was recommended to do an experiemnt using milk...does that sound familiar?

pepsin is an enzyme that reaact this proteins inside the stomach... i just finish my prac on it and i used cooked egg white... by the way is optimum ph is 2... and potimum temp is around the average 37 degrees

Another prac they might get u to do thats related to pepsin is this one where you have a pepsin solution in a test tube which is in hot water baths of different temperatures - 30deg, 40deg, 50deg and 60deg and you get some film and time how long it takes for the pepsin 2 dissolve the enzume in the film at different temperatures.

pepsin is the enzyme..... enzymes work on substrates not on other enzymes
