PHYS1121 - Quiz 0 login problems (2 Viewers)

So we have to login via an external site through CENGAGE Learning to take our Physics Quizes but:

The information you entered doesn't match our records. Please check your ID, password, and school name and try again.

I definitely know my student number, e-mail and password yet I still cant log in!!!
I'm absolutely sure our educational institution is:
UNIVERSITY OF NEW SOUTH WALES KENSINGTON (Nsw, FC)

Is anyone else having this problem?

EDIT: omg, read the login instructions for quizzes, i didnt read either lol, use ur student no., ie z???????, and for password use that same thing, ie z???????, its now working for me.

I did the quiz a few days back, everything was fine.

Edit: EVERYTHING ON THE PHYSICS WEBSITE DOESNT WORK,

I cant access course outline and other resources, i cant even acess the discussion boards.

Click log in.
Check.

Works fine. You people are strange. Maybe you're in the wrong section, the faculty of arts is in a different forum ..

it turns out that when i thought i had changed my password, it in fact hadn't. hence i was using the wrong password.
