1. What does it mean to be fit? To be able to use your body effectively, for a long period time, at any given time.

2. What do you need to do to improve your fitness? do some fucking exercise :p

3. Do you consider yourself to be fit? Why? HELL NO :( I used to play sport and be alot fitter. In the past few years I stopped playing sport. This year I have been eating naughty; eating like crap and driving eveywhere. I had to walk to the bus from work (20 min walk) for the first time in like a month the other day. I jogged abit then gave up, out of breath. Id only gone up the street.

4. How often do you exercise? I dont

5. Why do / don't you exercise? I dont because I have a VERY high metabolism, and I can virtually eat anything I want without gaining ANY weight. But I realise that im incredibly UNFIT, although im in perfect shape.

6. Has your attitude to fitness changed over time? Why? Yes. THIS WEEK. I don't like the fact that im puffed and my calves hurt.

7. What factors influence your decision to exercise/ not exercise? I cant exercise infront of the computer :p

8. Are there any barriers to exercise that you face?
not really, just motivation.

Extended responses:
1. What does it mean to be fit?
Fi t means to be at your ideal body w eight which is proportional to ur height. Being fit also is the minimisation of the blood pressure ... but not that low.
Being healthy is also equivalent to being fit

2. What do you need to do to improve your fitness?
you need to excercise regularly
eat healthy (no junk food, etc)
adequate sleep

3. Do you consider yourself to be fit? Why?
So and so .. i find myself to be fit occasionally if i do regular excercise when not in an exam period~ excercise alaso improves my heart condition andd also i eat healthy, and drink plenty of water

4. How often do you exercise? probably few times a week

5. Why do / don't you exercise?
because i've got a high chance of heriditary high blood pressure .. so i need to lower my chances of having a major blood pressure problem.
when i don't excercise .. its coz of exams / laziness (lol)

6. Has your attitude to fitness changed over time? Why?
yeah .. ive been more accustomed to excercising andd i have lost weight . so i've generally been adapting to a healthy lifestyle (walking to school instead of gettin a lift)

7. What factors influence your decision to exercise/ not exercise?
stated above in q 5

8. Are there any barriers to exercise that you face?
not reallyy. . laziness is one
