Hey everyone. im doing an assessment on the Skaf case (Bilal Skaf) ive found many useful websites but i cant find details of his arrest and the investigation. Does anyone know wher ei can find this? Does anyone know how the police were tipped off about it? Was it just a victim making a statement? i cannot find these details anywhere. Please help.
