My courses r : math, math(Extension 1), chemistry, physics, chinese, esl. Which means i have 11 units now. Do you think i should droup math extension1 if i am not doing math extension2 ? Or, if is there any advantage for me to have math extension1 ? How will it effect my UAI? Thanks!

Mathematics Extension 1 is advantageous if you are doing well it could overtake one unit of your 2 Unit subjects and doing well in it in the HSC will boost your UAI.

If your MX1 marks are not up to your standard at all, drop immediately, it's not worth allowing a 1U subject to affect your 10 other units and will probably not compensate for a crappy UAI.

Extension 1 maths can help out with your knowledge in 2 unit maths, and if you do well in it, then that's even better. Keep it unless you're really struggling with it.
