Has anyone got any stats on the decreases of protection on PMV and TCF industries due to globalisation,etc?

um I believe they are going to be completely erradicated by 2010, where they are at now I'd say still looking at around 15%. Although I'm not completely sure. General tariff (nuisance tariffs) are gone completely, also the PMV industry may go completely bust in Australia. We're not competing at anywhere near Internationally competitive rates - crowded out of the market.
