Hi all,
I am doing a related text on 'An Absolutely Ordinary Rainbow'. I am seeking to find techniques and have a question revolving around personification in the eighth stanza. So it says, "...but the weeping man, like the earth, requires nothing,". Does this mean that earth also weeps like the man or does it mean that both the man and the earth require nothing?
Thanks.
