im studying for legal right now... and i have come across a sylaabus point "post-sentencing decisions" and ive realised i have NO idea wat to write... does anybody know any good sites that will help me... or can somebody give me a good sylaabus point summary?

i had a Q on this in trials, i wrote about purpose and types of punishment... i still got high marks but teacher isnt so great

secuirity classification-minimum, medium, maximum
protective custody-where offender is kept in a special unit away from the rest of the prison population
parole-release of prisoners on condition before the end of their sentence for good behaviour

Remember with protective custody if they are committed os a sexual offence, ex cop etc they are usually put in protective custody
