for operations, there will definitely be a short answer on 'research and development' as well as 'scanning and learning'. maybe also 'inertia' and 'retraining'.
these haven't been tested in forever, and will likely come up this year, so everyone who does business should be studying these dot points for hours every day to prepare for them.
