Bachelor of Engineering Civil, Diploma in Engineering Practice (UTS)

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), B Engineering (Civil/Mining), B Engineering (Environmental/Civil) - full time at UNSW

Bachelor of Engineering - full or part time at UWS, Penrith campus

Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Education (Secondary) - full time at UNSW

Bachelor of Science/Master of Teaching (Secondary) - full time at UWS, Parramatta campus

Bachelor of Science with Diploma in Education - full or part time at Macquarie University, North Ryde campus

Bachelor of Science - full time at UWS, Parramatta campus

Diploma in Engineering Science - full time at UWSCollege, Nirimba campus


My questions are:

Should i put UTS or UNSW for engineering as first preference.

If i have a degree for e.g the bsci/bed @ unsw which is my 4 preference and i get the atar cut off will i get an offer like someone who has it as first preference or maybe not.

And for my UTS engineering course should i pick a specific degree like structural or construction or just pick the general one.

If your first preference matches the required atar you will get that preference and not the 4th one. There are several rounds of offers,therefore after you get your first match(say you didnt get first preference and you got second) you can switch around your preferences again so that when the next round of offers come they will look at the new preference list you provided and will give you the nearest preference that matches. Just don't click accept yet to your preference so that you will get other preference offers, and then after several matches you can start picking your preferred course. Also UNSW>UTS engineering,although you've come to the wrong place to ask that,more UNSW people here then anything else haha.
