In PD/H/PE, we're doing "The Body in Motion" and last lesson we got 2 people (subject A and B) to run and walk on a treadmill, while everyone else in the class recorded what their heart rate was every minute.
We then got a series of questions:
1.Explain the heart rate changes during the exercise phase?
2.How do the heart rate responses vary from one subject to another?
3.Discuss the leveling off of the heart (steady rate) during the exercise in relation to each subject.
4.Explain the varying recovery rates in relation to each subject.
5.What variations can you predict to your heart rate and how you might feel, if the same exercise were repeated but without an increased workload.
I don't want direct answers, but I'd like to extend on the 2 line answers I've got.
