I decided to start this forum for all Prelim HSC Geography and Earth students to discuss their course and fieldwork plans.
For Geography, we recently went to Bantry Bay in Sydney to study its biophysical interactions and human impacts on it lakes. In August we are going to Fraser Island for a week (woot!) to complete a few days of fieldwork. We also recently started our SGP. I am doing mine on Traffic Volume in Boundary Road, Cherrybrook with an aim to prove Cherrybrook is a domitory suburb. I will be calculating traffic volumes, surveying residents on their place of work and comparing RTA and mine own stats.
