Ok I only remember studying one in depth and cant find anything else in my notes. Do we need more than one??

Prescribed Text - Gow, Michael - Away
Stimulus - Ivory Trail and Road not Taken
ORM - Alone Accross Australia and LOTR 2 Towers

Is That sufficient??

yeah you only have one prescribed text, unless you are doing poems, then it's the one text but several poems from that text (maybe that's why you're confused, maybe you're looking at people on this site with poems and thinking they have more than one prescribed).

so yes, 1 prescribed, 1 or 2 from stimulus booklet and 2 of your own
