hey i noe this was being covered in another thread, but i thought i would ask just 4 psy104. we have a quiz coming up, 20 m/c questions. i was wondering would my notes from lectures b enough???

its just on the history & methods of pyschology, which is in the textbook, but there isnt much on it ...

i remember that quiz well. i did heaps of study, but i didnt read much of the chapter on methods. Just a suggestion: READ THE METHODS bit!! (i think it is chapter 2 of gleitman? not sure though). The quiz last year was just on the lecture and corresponding chapters, but i remember there were a few questions on methods. One on ethics and a few on empiricism and rationalism.

That test was weird, especially the last question (it was really complicated). All I remember was it was basically all of that Checkaluck's (I have no idea of spelling) lectures, but its not history, its the methods used, like CP said.

i rememver they gave an example and you had to say whether it was a true experiment or not.
