... i doubt that you'll be able to find it on the interweb. it's most likely that you would either have to contact them directly, or make assumptions on their strategy based on what they have done (there'll be a lot you can make the inferences on from the media considering what has recently happened).

what subject is this for, and when is it due

i going to graduate... and the subject of my thesis is a case study on QANTAS and, in particular, competitive strategy applied to it... for example Michael Porter Model

oh ok. well, i would suggest that you contact them directly asking for lots of material. also look up their reports (such as annual reports)
