Is "Diagonal of parallelogram produces congruent triangles" enough proof for 8 b)ii) after showing that HE and EB equal two sides of the parallelogram?

I read it on wikipedia, but don't know if we actually had to prove by SAS, SSS etc.. that they were alike.

What I did was prove that
Side: EB=CD
Side: BH=BC
Angle: <EBH = <BCD

which made them congruent, where I concluded that EH=DB

I quite sure I did something along those lines. I was quite surprised that this question popped up in Q8.
