Hey,
basically im using a 3unit textbook but im gonna focus on my 2 unit work, so i'm gonna skip anything that isnt part of the 2unit course i just wanted to kno if the 6 compound angle formulae and the double angle formulae are part of the 2 unit course.

I believe that double angles and sums and differences of angles are not in the Prelim 2 unit course. I'm pretty sure they're just 3 unit.

The double angle formulas and the 6 compound angle formula are NOT in the 2 unit course. The only trig in the 2 unit course is the basic trig (sohcahtoa), the reciprocals (cosec, sec, cot), the sine and cosine rule, and the pythagorian identities(i.e. sec2@ = 1 + tan2@ etc.). And also the only equations in 2 unit they will ask you to solve are ones without singular numbers, e.g. 5cos@=2sin@ ...things like 6Cos@ -4sin@=3 are 3 unit
