is it almost certain that the aligned exam mark will be higher than ur actual raw mark? (eg.for sdd)

if it is, wot factors determine how much ur raw mark will go up by?

Depends on the subject (SDD = mark will go up)

How well you do in that exam
How well everyone else does in that exam
How well eveyone in that exam goes in other exams

It is a completely subjective process performed by BOS exam 'judges'. They will look at the descriptors for the performance bands and determine what a borderline band 5/6 student would have received on that paper as a raw mark. That mark will be mapped to 90. And so on for the other band cut-offs.

The BOS doesn't release them.

Although if your teacher was an exam supervisor, they might know.
