Questions about time-based forms? (1 Viewer)

If you know about any of the AMAZING past works in these forms or have made or are making a film/video for your visual arts major yourself, I would like to ask whether or not a full blown script is needed. I've been looking through the other BOS site and I've got my storyboard, but was wondering if I need a proper script all done up to submit, like those written for film in the Drama course? If so, are there any guidlines or criteria on the specifics of it anywhere? Or does it not matter how you draw it up?
