Now we know that the fees are out in myUNSW, my quick question is since I applied for HECS, is the amount owed already inclusive of HECS, or is just the total fees. e.g. if my fees state I owe $1000, does that already account for HECS (full-upfront payment) or is just what I owe (exclusive of HECS for the time being). Appreciate the help.
