Just woundering what is needed in paper 1 and paper 2 to get a HSC mark of 80 (band 5)

Make a serious attempt all questions by knowing your language techniques, quotes and analysis as well as a story in your mind.

My guess is about 70/105. If you know what you're writing then band 5 is very easily accessible.

i completely stuffed the exam and managed to get a HSC exam mark of 80. I think its fairly easy to get in the low to mid eighties but once you get near 90 it's really tough to gain any extra marks.
