The only way I know is to get a program that records every sound that goes through the soundcard to a wave. Then just convert it to an MP3 or something.

you need one of those packet sniffers

i use hidownload. just start the analysis function and it gives links to most things that you stream/download etc.

i downloaded "PolderbitS Sound Recorder", and so far ive recorded max 19 mins non stop. Its all good
