ther's a syllabus point where u gotta write like a self reflection on how your understanding of the topic has been developed.

how are they sposed to assess us on that?! like what are they looking for exactly?

Don't think they assess us on anything unless they tell us well in advance...at least I haven't heard anything about it. I think they just want you to write a reflection before the course and after it, to see how your point of view changed.
