We're doing Judaism and Christianity - i've found some information abotu Judaism and Personal Prayers of devotion but i'm haivng a hard time finding some information regarding it -
I've looked up Jewfaq.com and found some stuff and another site which went through some of the baisics but i was wondering if anyone had some sites that look a personal prayers of devotion.

Hi Mel!!
Think you might have to change your focus a little as the syllabus doesnt ask you to look at personal prayers of devotion but rather "rites of personal devotion" of which individual prayer is a type/part of. (does this make sense?)
In Judaism, the Sabbath is counted as a rite of personal devotion as is the proper use of the prayer shawl (tallit) see here http://scheinerman.net/judaism/tallit/ so I would recommend you look at what is done in these two eg's as well as to why they are important..the significance etc. especially in light of the last part of the rites syllabus (writings, symbols structure etc)

Hope this helps,
SH
