- Policy Statement

A report would be like normal essay but under sub headings

ummm....according to my dumb IT knowledge, i fink policy is a like a rule that govern everyday IT activities
for example
Purchasing, how many supplier u need and wat to consinder when buying, can u buy it or the ITdepartment will do the job something like that
OR like using and email wat material r going to be acceptable and unacceptable
it just rulz that u have 2 follow
do u get me?

A good good example that will show this would be a virus policy every company would have one

Listing from, the need to not bring foreign disks, do not open attachements from anonymous people, don't download files from the net, etc...
