Whats the most effective way to get a band 6 in retail..
Like studying techniques etc.

The most effective way to get a band 6 for retail is to do heaps of practice questions and exams...especially the extended responses! I see no point in summarising any text book because you just use your assessments and exams...its all common sense so think logically and USE HEAPS OF EXAMPLES!!!

becaue i work 2 jobs in the retail enviroment i find the work very easy.. i just try relate all my work to the work set / exam questions and i go well =)

..other then that just revise your work that youve done

is there like an actual sylabus on this subjects, cos its so diverse with everything.


oh and is there who have like past responses on questions cos that would be really reaally helpful.


and does any1 have like 2003 2002 2001 CSSA retail papers???
