you'll get a sample pack (for the RET) anyway with similar questions.

it was in september last year, so you've got a while before you have to think about applying and so on. actually, if you fall into a postcode on the list (which i'm assuming you do, because you're asking about it!!), you should receive the information from the uni, no hunting required!! 
there's prep courses you can do, but seriously, there's not much to it, multiple choice and writing section. you can't really prepare for it, but as dark secrets said, you get a pack with a sample booklet so you get an idea of how it's set out.
