Our philosophy
We believe that practice is the key to success in the HSC
Knowing what is in the textbooks is important, but it will only get you halfway there.
And this is where the difference between doing okay and excelling in the HSC lies -
in practice, practice and more practice.
Why practice is so important
Practice teaches students valuable lessons in maximising their results in the HSC including:
> exam techniques such as how to manage their time and perform under pressure
> applying what they have learnt in theory to answering actual HSC questions
> what types of questions are commonly asked
> how to interpret questions and understand what HSC markers are looking for
> perfecting their answers to maximise their marks
> how to avoid making simple mistakes in the actual HSC
Our HSC Workshops
Our HSC workshops offer the following:
1. Students sit a full length practice HSC paper under exam conditions
2. Practice papers are professionally marked
3. Students attend an exam review session during which they will:
> be taken step-by-step through the answers by a tutor
> be told what markers are looking for and how to achieve maximum marks in each question
> have an opportunity to ask any questions they may have
