I thought it was very good (Egypt to death of Thut IV) I did importance of military.Koby said:How did you go in this section? Did you accurately predict the areas it covered? How much time did you spend on this section?
confident much?samuel slack said:I did the Impact of Hyksos on Egyptian societ (NKE-Thut IV) Had about 45 minutes and wrote 7 pages (pretty small)... Did really really well. Insanely well.
I did Tiberius aswell...i think the important thing was to take a line of argument and present historiographical perspective (i used over 30 quotes in my essay) >> i mainly talked about everything >> failures and achievements. Basically covered senate, administration, provinces, army, expansion & consolidation + religion ( only a small bit) + treason trials. Good luck!airbag said:I did Julio-Claudians
Assess the achievements of Tiberius's principate
I'd already done an assessment with the same basic question, so it was quite easy
I wasn't expecting one on Tiberius though, as they'd already addressed him the year before
So perhaps I wasn't as prepared as I could have been, but hopefully 8 solid pages will get me a band 6 for it
Same. I had a perfect quote from Plutarch for it, too.alfonso22 said:yeah

Tiberius wasn't asked last year. The question was on reforms and policies of one ruler and most students did Claudius.airbag said:I did Julio-Claudians
