just been wondering

if you are ranked first but your assessment mark isnt that good, like in the 80's but in the hsc you get 90+ does your assessment mark get moderated into the 90's?

Yes, if you CONTINUE TO BE RANKED FIRST or close to first in the school.
No, if your rank slips.
