I know it's a MUST for everyone tonight :p But it was a scorcher today and my fan is ridiculously loud so I'm not gonna have a great night. I reckon most of us will be up late studying or having difficulties sleeping so does anyone have any advice of HOW to get to sleep tonight?

I know that taking a warm shower or bath relaxes your muscles and makes you very tired! So doing that ain't a bad idea. Um.. warm milk too... if all else fails how about sleeping pills? Just don't sleep in on the exam!

p.s. Love the banana doing the boogie!

I remember for the trial HSC for every exam I went to bed at around 10pm, but didn't get to sleep till about 1am. It didn't help too much :/

Yeah my physics teacher told us a story about when he was doing Year 12. But the opposite. His friend took pills to keep him awake for days before the exam to study, but he was f**ked for the exam... *sigh*
