Video Clip Problem in Powerpoint

Slowing down video clips,

i'm trying to slow down a video clip to put into powerpoint for a presentation.

Does anyone know of a video editor or something that will slow it down?

You put the clip in and the use the slow effect or something.....



ALthough search google or download.com im sure youll find a dedicated program for this purpose.

Video Problem

but another problem has come up

i want to put the video clip on powerpoint and since i'm taking the video clip on another computer.

How can I do it without needing the WMV file?
